Yo Soy El Jardinero Aquí Y Sé Lo Que Quiero Que Seas
(I'm the gardiner here and and I know what I want.)?????

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing good. And Feliz Cumpleaños to Grammy Val tomorrow!!  I love you!

Well, I don't have much to write....This week was good. It was definitely one of the hardest weeks of my mission, but it was a good one still. We worked hard...but heard lots of nos jaja. Hermano Samuel won't be getting baptized anytime soon...he doesn't want to confess what he did so there's no way to see if he has repented or not...we'll just keep praying for him.

We walked a lot this week. We climbed a mountain and found a goat up there.

We did have a miracle and we had 3 less active members in church and a family of 4 investigators...they're basically eternal investigators but they want to be baptized. Tomorrow we are gonna teach them in the church with the elder's quorum president and his wife. They are some of my favorite members here.

I had a really rough week and Elder Brimley (the registros secretary that we live with) reminded me of the talk-video from Elder D. Todd Christofferson that's called The Will of God. I love it. It talks about how the Lord has a different plan for us that a lot of times we have for ourselves. A lot of times he cuts us down so we can grow better. That helped me to understand the 'why me?'  I'm doing better.

I love you all and hope you all are doing good. I always pray for you! Behave and we'll talk next week!

Con Cariño, Elder Loveless

Changes week!!!

Hey everyone! Buenas tardes de Good ole San Salvador!

This week was good. We worked a lot found some really good families using the simi. I also did interchanges with Santo Tomas with Elder Diaz from Guatemala. It was really good and we found a family of 2, the Family Medino, it's a mom and her son. They're really awesome and we also found the Family Mena who are like 6 and one is a member less active. They're awesome too.

Hermano Samuel is doing good, still just waiting for his interview with Presidente Durán. We're hoping he can have it done this week and if he passes, he'll be baptized this week.

We're doing good here. This Wednesday are changes and I'll be staying here to finish the training of Elder Fallas. We're excited. This change we plan on baptizing un montón so that'll be good.

Well, I'll send pics so don't worry there. We're all good and happy and working super hard. The ward is great too. We just reactivated a family of 5. They're now gonna baptize their 8 year old son and bless their youngest daughter.

Well, I love you all and hope all is well with you guys. Happy 24th of July!!! Saluuu Puesss!!

¡Hasta la vista baby!

Hey everyone! I hope all is well in all your fun cool places. I send my greetings from San Marcos, San Salvador. Also happy 50th birthday to daddy!!! And happy 22 birthday to Zac this Friday!!

This week was a good one. We walked a lot...it rained a lot too jaja. But the members here are really animated and are helping us a lot. The members in this area are great! I love them.

Hermano Samuel went to church yesterday and loved it. We did his baptismal interview and for some private reasons, he has to have an interview with Presidente Durán. I hope he can do it fast so he can be baptized this week.

We also have to go looking for houses because they're gonna kick us out because the other Elderes that we live with haven't payed the rent in awhile..jeje.

But we're happy. We're really trying hard to find people to teach and I feel like finally, we've learned a lesson and the Lord is helping us out more. We're happy and healthy. Today's my comp's birthday and I ate 5 tacos with horchata. I absolutely loveee horchata. I have an addiction.

Presidente and Hermana Durán came to our ward yesterday. That was fun. They're really good and super excited to help us out here in the mission. Also changes are next week. This one went by so fast.

Well, that's all for this week! I love you all and wish you all a great week!

Saluuu Pues!!!

Hey all!

Hey everyone! How are you all doing?? Down here, things are good. We've been working hard. This week we worked super hard and had a really hard time finding new investigators to teach. We also had a multi zone and were able to meet Presidente Durán. I'll send pics.

We've been working a lot with Samuel and he's decided he wants to get baptized on the 21st of this month. We're really excited for him. The other people that have gone to church are hard to find and teach, so it's been hard to teach them more about the gospel.

The members are great and they love us jaja. This week was also the 4th of July and I wore my American flag tie. It was fun. We also did a service project as a zone and I got to pull out my machete and chop down some weeds. It was fun. Today I woke up at 5:30 with Elder Brimley to do some exercise. It was great. Afterwards, with some of my birthday money I bought a blender. I also bought 2 pineapples and some bananas and granola. It was super cool. I'm happy to use it. Today we also played volleyball. It was fun.

It's been a good week, working hard and trying to change lives.

I love you all and I'll send pics! Have a great week!

Saluuu Pues Presidente Vásquez

Well this week was good. Not a whole lot happened. We worked hard and a lot. I did interchanges with Santo Tomas and then I did interchanges with the ZL. It was a busy week. Also Hermana Garcia from our district had emergency changes so we had to take her to the terminal with Obispo Mercado. That was a fun adventure.

Me and my companion are doing good. Hermano Samuel is doing great.  He went to church again yesterday. He basically wants to get baptized, he just needs to hear the lessons jaja. Also the members love us and give us a lot of food....I'm getting kinda fat jaja. But all is well. We're healthy and happy and working like horses.

Presidente Durán got here on Friday, but we haven't been able to meet him yet. I'm sure we'll be doing multi zonas this week to meet him.

We're all good and working hard trying every day to be better and repent and rely more on the Lord! Also happy 4th of July tomorrow! (Biggest holiday ever...) But have fun and I'll be celebrating from El Salvador.

I love you all and hope you all have a fantastic week! We'll see ya!

Saluuu Pues and with love, Elder Loveless
